Activity Timer is a computer activity, project or task timer. You can use it to track the time you spend using the mouse or keyboard. When minimized you can see the time so far by hovering the mouse over its icon. You can also set it to play or show reminders to look away from the screen for a few seconds from time to time as advised by eye doctors - this can mitigate that tiredness of the eyes that can result from long periods of staring at a computer monitor. You can also play or shows screen alarms as a reminder to stop work after a preset period of time. You can track projects individually. You can change the project or set it to working or not working with a quick right click on the icon.
